采矿现代化设备升级更新,对机电设备提出了较高要求,PLC控制技术是采矿企业生产中不可缺少的自动化设备,其重要性不言而喻。简单分析PLC控制技术的构成、工作原理、技术特点、故障处置,并重点论述其在矿山电气中的实际运用,为矿山电气作业提供指导,希望该项技术不断完善,更好地服务矿山电气工程。
By way of modernization of mining equipment, we have put forward higher requirements on the mechanical and electrical equipment. PLC control technology is indispensable in the production of mining enterprise automation equipment. Its importance is self-evident. We have briefly analyzed the composition of PLC control technology, including working principle, technical characteristics and fault disposal. Then, we have mainly discussed its practical application in the mine electric provide guidance for mining electrical operation to hope a constant improvement in technology, including better service to the mine electrical engineering.
