矿山装载机小轴多工位可调夹具设计

摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展,多品种小批量的产品生产已成为现代制造业的特点。制造装备由普通机床升级为数控机床乃至柔性制造单元,要求制造过程所需的工装夹具具有与先进设备相适应的高效率。基于这一理念,设计小轴数控铣床多工位钻铰孔可调夹具,使其具备高效、可调,能适用于一定尺寸范围的具有类似特征零件的特点,充分发挥数控机床的效率。 With the rapid development of social economy, the production of many varieties and small quantities has become the characteristics of the modem manufacturing industry. The manufacturing equipment is upgraded from a common machine tool to a CNC machine tool and even a flexible manufacturing cell, which requires the jig of the manufacturing process to be adapted to the advanced equipment. Based on this idea, we have designed the multi position drilling reaming in adjustable jig for small shaft of mine loader, which has high efficiency, adjustable. It can be applied to a certain size range with similar characteristics of components with full play to the efficiency of CNC machine tools.
