摘要
以精密角接触球轴承内圈沟道(内沟)磨加工为研究对象,选取支内外径磨沟、支内沟磨沟、支内径磨沟和逃逸法磨沟等4种方法加工内沟,分别从磨削原理和加工方式上考察各种方法的加工特点、加工精度、生产效率。举例分析说明了内沟磨削加工需要根据轴承不同的类型特点选择合适的加工方法,以达到加工精度与生产效率的统一。
Taking the grinding process for inner ring raceway of precision angular contact ball bearings as research object,four kinds of grinding methods are selected to process inner ring raceway. The processing characteristics,processingprecisionand production efficiency of various methods are investigated from grinding principles and processing methods. The example analysis shows that in order to achieve unity of processingprecisionand production efficiency,the grinding process for inner ring raceway is needed to select suitable processing method according to characteristics of different types of bearings.
