摘要
锻造成形的圆柱轴承外圈经过车加工、热处理、磨加工后经磁粉探伤检验发现其滚道面出现周向非相关磁痕。对自由锻和压力机2种锻造成形方式进行对比试验,结果表明,自由锻成形方式是减少滚道周向非相关磁痕最佳锻造方式。
The magnetic particle test shows that there are circumferential non- relevant magnetic marks on raceway surface of forged and formed outer rings of cylindrical roller bearings after turning,heat treatment and grinding. The comparative test is carried out for two kinds of forging forming methods. The results show that the free forging forming method is best forging method for reduction of circumferential non- relevant magnetic marks on raceway.
