为保证双内圈双列角接触球轴承的轴向游隙符合设计要求,通过测量凸出量的方法确定两内圈小端端面距外圈相应端面的距离,并据此得到轴向游隙计算值,从而确定两内圈接触端面的修磨量,实现双内圈双列角接触球轴承轴向游隙的精确控制。

In order to meet the design requirements of axial clearance,the distance between the inner ring small end face and outer ring corresponding end face is acquired by measuring protrusion,and based on this the calculating value of axial clearance,then the grinding value of two inner rings is determined,to achieve the high- precision control for axial clearance of double row angular contact ball bearings with double inner ring.
