“一带一路”战略实施中推进体育文化国际传播的研究 被引量:69

摘要 从传播学、政治学、地缘学、体育学等学科角度,探讨"一带一路"战略下,我国体育文化国际传播的现状及传播路径。"一带一路"是大国崛起的国家战略,始于经贸,拓展于文化,体育文化国际传播应对接"一带一路"文化先行建设思路,借力"一带一路"战略实现自身国际化传播。西方大国体育文化国际传播的规律及时代特征启示:国力强大、政府支持是体育文化国际传播的基石;文化自强、不断创新是体育文化国际传播成功的根本。"一带一路"战略是体育文化国际传播的突破口,明确传播的首要方向、途径、"基本盘""重点盘"。太极拳和木球是体育文化国际传播的杠杆项目,体现中华体育文化发展的主要方向,有较强的创新能力和发展活力,体现中国形象元素和文化符号,形成一定的运动文化品牌。最后就"一带一路"战略下太极拳和木球国际传播实施的路径进行阐述。 This paper discussed the current situation and the path of the international communication of Chinese sports culture under the One Belt and One Road strategy from the perspectives of communication science,politics,geography,physical education.The One Belt and One Road strategy is the rising of powers of the national strategy,began in economic and trade,expand cultural.In the One Belt and One Road construction,Chinese sports cultural should play a leading role,and leverage the One Belt and One Road strategy to achieve its international communication.The rules and characteristics of the international communication of the Western powers of sports culture:national strength and government support is the cornerstone of the international spread of sports culture;cultural self-strength,continuous innovation is the foundation of the success.The One Belt and One Road is the breakthrough of the international communication of Chinese sports culture,and it also points out the direction,the way,the"basic"and "key".Tai Chi and wood ball are the leverage games in the international communication of Chinese sports culture,which reflect the main direction of the development of the Chinese sports culture,and have strong innovation capability and development activity.They also reflect the Chinese image elements and cultural symbols,which is beneficial to the development of a certain sports culture brand.Finally,this paper expounds the path of Tai Chi and wood ball international communication in the implementation of the One Belt and One Road strategy.
