我国羽毛球后备人才培养的影响因素、问题及对策

Research on Factors,Problems and Countermeasures of Badminton Reserve Talents in China

竞技体育后备人才是体育事业发展的基础。采用德尔菲法,确定我国羽毛球后备人才培养的6大影响因素:1)管理体制因素;2)训练学因素;3)发展环境因素;4)经济因素;5)社会保障因素;6)社会文化因素。以此6大影响因素为依据进行专家访谈,归纳分析出我国羽毛球后备人才培养现状中存在的问题,提出我国羽毛球后备人才培养的对策:1)完善管理体制,促进和保证羽毛球项目持续发展;2)加强"体教结合",保证羽毛球后备人才全面发展;3)强化科学训练,促进羽毛球后备人才培养的集约化发展;4)优化发展环境,拓展羽毛球运动基础;5)扶持经济落后地区,促进地区间羽毛球运动平衡发展;6)完善保障制度,促进保障体系社会化、多元化;7)文化先行,探索和发展羽毛球运动文化;以期为我国羽毛球后备人才的培养工作提供理论参考和实践依据。

Competitive sports reserve talent is the basis of the development of sports undertakings.The Delphi method is adopted to determine the effect of 6Chinese badminton reserve talents training factors：1）management system factors,2）training factors,3）development environmental factors,4）economic factors,5）social security factors,and 6）socio-cultural factors.Taking these 6factors as the basis for the expert interview,this paper summarizes and analyzes the existing status of the problems in China＇s badminton reserve talents,and puts forward the countermeasures for China＇s badminton reserve talents：1）to improve the management system so as to promote and ensure the sustainable development of badminton,2）to strengthen the ＂combination of sports and education＂ to ensure the badminton reserve talents comprehensive development,3）to strengthen scientific training to promote the intensive development of badminton reserve talents,4）to optimize the development environment to enlarge the development of badminton foundation,5）to support the backward areas of economy to promote regional balanced development of badminton sport,6）to improve the security system and to promote the socialization and diversification of security system,and 7）to advance culture to explore and develop badminton sport culture in order to provide a theoretical reference and practical basis for the training of China＇s badminton reserve talents.
