摘要
在1,4-二氮杂二环[2,2,2]辛烷(DABCO)作用下,以水为反应介质,通过3-溴乙酰基-4-羟基香豆素与芳香醛的亲核取代、分子内环化及消除的串联反应,有效合成了新型呋喃并[3,2-c]香豆素类化合物。产物结构经熔点、红外光谱、核磁共振谱等予以确认。
A simple and efficient method for the synthesis of novel furo[3,2-c]coumarin derivatives had been developed by the reaction of 3-bromoacetyl-4-hydroxycoumarin with aryl aldehydes in the presence of1,4-diazabicyclo[2. 2. 2]octane; triethylene-diamine( DABCO) underwent a domino nucleophilic / cyclization / elimination process in H2 O.All of above compounds had been confirmed by NMR,IR,MS spectra and elemental analysis.
