摘要
利用荧光胺与盐酸美西律的芳伯胺基生成高度荧光衍生物,检测盐酸美西律片盐酸美西律的含量。实验表明荧光胺与盐酸美西律的芳伯胺基生成的荧光衍生物的最大激发波长为397nm,最大发射波长为387nm。利用L9(34)正交试验确定了最佳衍生条件:反应温度25℃,反应时间20min,衍生剂加入量2.60 m L。盐酸美西律含量在0.0160μg·m L^(-1)~0.800μg·m L^(-1)的浓度范围内与相对荧光强度存在线性关系,线性方程为y=3809.4x+2024.1,线性相关系数为0.998,此法可用于检测盐酸美西律片盐酸美西律的含量。
