本交笼不同笼层种鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质研究 被引量:10

Study on Layer Performance and Egg Quality Characteristics of Layer Breeder among Different Tiers

摘要 试验旨在研究本交笼养模式下不同笼层光照强度以及种鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质的差异,并进一步揭示其内在分子机制。53周龄的海兰褐父母代种鸡饲养于三层本交笼,分别测定各个笼层料槽口和笼内的光照强度、种鸡的产蛋性能、蛋品质及促卵泡素受体基因(folliclestimulating hormone receptor,Fshr)和促黄体素受体基因(luteinizing hormone receptor,Lhr)在下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis,HPGA)的表达水平,整个试验持续30d。结果显示不同笼层光照强度以及相同笼层笼内和笼外光照强度存在差异(P<0.05)。笼层对破蛋率和种蛋合格率以及蛋品质中的蛋壳颜色、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋黄色泽有显著影响(P<0.05),而对其它指标无影响(P>0.05)。定量结果显示Fshr和Lhr在不同笼层种鸡HPGA的表达均差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,笼层是影响部分产蛋性能和蛋品质的重要因素。 The aim of the present study was to investigate the variations in light intensity,the layer performance and egg quality characteristics among different tiers in the mating cage,and the further insight into potential molecular mechanisms of tier level underlying this effect.All birds(Hy-Line Brown parent stock breeders)at 53 weeks of age were housed in 3-tier mating cage.The light intensity,layer performances and egg quality characteristics were measured among different tiers as well as the mRNA expression patterns of Fshr and Lhrin the HPGA in all birds using real-time polymerase chain reaction(RTPCR).The entire experiment lasted for 30 consecutive days.The results displayed significant differences in light intensity between different tiers and feeder and floors at the corresponding tiers(P〈0.05).Tier level did affect the percentage of defective eggs and percentage of setting eggs,shell color,albumen height,Haugh units and yolk color(P〈0.05),but have no effect on other parameters(P〈0.05).In addition,RT-PCR analysis showed that relative expression of Fshr and Lhr did not change substantially in the corresponding HPGA regions in all birds among different tiers(P〉0.05).In conclusion,the overall results suggest that tier level may be a contributing factor for some layer performances and egg quality parameters.
