Investigation and Thoughts on the Construction of Ecological New City in Xiasha New District of Hangzhou City

生态城市建设已经成为现代城市发展的方向和目标。通过杭州经济技术开发区——下沙的实地调研、个别访谈、座谈讨论、资料分析,在分析现状的基础上,从做优规划,夯实生态新城建设基础;腾出空间,强化生态新城建设支撑;补齐短板,提升生态新城建设水平;健全机制,凝聚生态新城建设合力等方面提出建设生态新城的建议。

Eco-city construction has become a modern urban development direction and objectives. On the basis of an-alyzing the current situation, the paper puts forward the plan of building the ecological new city, and tamps the foun-dation of the construction of the ecological new city. We should make up the space＇ and strengthen the ecological new city construction support. Moreover,it is necessary to make up with the shortcomings＇ and enhance the ecological construction level of new city; improve the mechanism, and generate the united force of ecological city construction.
