大学生村官在服务期满后不再续聘,这在进一步明确大学生村官非职业性的同时,也为大学生村官的个体发展带来了新的挑战。明确终身学习的重要性,有助于帮助大学生村官变挑战为机遇。在此基础上,通过对终身学习的内涵以及其在大学生村官自身发展过程中积极作用的研究,得出终身学习对大学生村官个人发展的启示。

The service period of college-graduate village of ficials is not renewed after expiration fur ther clar-ifies its non-professional nature , and also is a new challenge to the individual development of college-gradu-ate village officials. Acknowledging the importance of lifelong learning may help them to change challenge to opportunity.On this basis,through the study of the connotation of lifelong learning and its positive role in the development of college-graduate village officials ,the paper draws the inspiration of lifelong learning on the self-development of college-graduate village officials.
