当一项工作完成后,如果要考核其做的怎么样、是否达到了工作目的,就需要对工作的结果进行评价.该方法用于规划设计中,将其称之为"规划后评价".它对于规划学科在改进工作方法、提升成果质量等方面具有积极意义.以劈柴院街区规划实施成果为研究对象,以定性与定量相结合的方法从街区的经济效益、社会效益以及历史环境风貌3个方面进行了评价,得出"优"、"中"、"差"的等级判断,再以实地调研、调查问卷与访谈的方法重点进行研究,以期发现问题,总结成功的经验与不足,为青岛乃至其他地区的历史街区保护与更新提供借鉴.

There is a proof that Post Planning Evaluation^ has a positive significance in im-proving the working methods and the quality of achievements. This paper makes use of the qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate economic benefit, social benefit and environ-mental protection respectively on the Pichai-block at the levels ^best,, ^normal,, and ^poor,,. Then, by the methods of field investigation, questionnaire and interview to find problems, it summarizes successful experience and deficiency. References are provided for the conserva-tion and renewal of historic blocks in Qingdao and in other areas.
