摘要
海洋共生真菌的代谢产物研究对绿色农用抑菌活性物质的发现具有重要意义.从青岛海域采集的13种海洋藻类中分离纯化出18株海洋真菌,分别使用滤纸片法和平板对峙法以4株细菌和4株农用植物病原真菌作为指示菌株进行抑菌活性筛选,并以生产力和薄板层析为辅助筛选,结果发现松节藻来源的菌株21-A次级代谢产物丰富,对大肠埃希氏杆菌具有很强的抑制活性,多管藻来源的13-B、松节藻来源的21-A和裙带菜来源的22-A对植物病原菌表现出一定的抑制作用.
Fungi metabolites, the new resources, derived from marine alga are more impor-tant for discovery of green agricultural antimicrobial active substances. There are 18 strains fungi isolated from 13 deferent kinds of marine alga from the Qingdao coastline. Preliminary studies on the bioactivity of marine fungi, against 4 bacteria and 4 agricultural pathogenic fungi are tested by method of disk diffusion and tablet confrontation respectively, while a supplementary screening method with production quantities and thin plate chromatography is used. The strain 21-A derived from Rhodomela confervoides gives a display of rich seconda-ry metabolites, strong inhibitory activity against Escherichia coli , and the strain 13-B de-rived from Polysiphonia, 21-A from Rhodomela confervoides and the strain 22-A from Un~ daria pinnatifida Suringar exhibited certain inhibition on agricultural plant pathogenic fun-gi.
