摘要
剧场观演类建筑的空调系统设计中,地板座椅下送风方式施工中受各种因素影响,在结构成型后再定位开孔,导致部分位置无法开孔,直接影响设计风口送风量及送风均匀性,且后开孔导致部分结构钢筋被打断,也影响结构强度及安全.结合工程实例对剧场地板座椅下送风风口在施工前进行BIM建模和优化设计,合理确定风口位置,对风口安装位置进行合理优化,确保在结构施工时同步预留孔洞,从而提高了工程施工质量和效率,对剧场地板座椅送风施工具有参考价值.
The air supply in design of air conditioning system in theater acting building is af-fected by such reasons as positioning hole on forming the structure, resulting in some loca-tions unavailable for opening in under-seat construction, as directly affects the design of the outlet air volume and air uniformity. The opening part of the structure will cause steel to be interrupted, but also affects the structural strength and safety. This paper combines theater project example under floor air vents with BIM modeling and optimization of design before construction, and reasonably determines the location of the outlet to ensure synchronization mechanism reserved holes during construction, thereby to improve the efficiency and quality of construction projects, and provides a reference for the seat air-ventilating in theater floor construction.
