摘要 以金糯粱1号高粱种子为材料,以30℃为对照,在40、50、60、70℃电热鼓风干燥箱中分别处理2、4、6、8 h,研究不同温度和时间干热处理对高粱种子萌发的影响。结果表明:60℃以下干热处理对高粱种子发芽率和发芽指数影响不大,当温度超过70℃,且处理时间越长,高粱种子发芽率和发芽势就降低越多,发芽势和活力指数存在随温度增加而表现出先增大后减小的趋势。60℃是高粱种子干热处理较为安全的温度,高粱种子40~50℃一定时间干热处理可有效提高种子发芽势和活力指数。 The current research evaluated the effects of different temperatures and time of dry- heat treatment on the germination of sorghum seeds,using seeds of the sorghum variety Jinnuoliang1 as the tested material. They were treated under four different temperatures- 40,50,60,and 70 ℃- while 30 ℃ served as a non- treated control. Seeds were heated for 2,4,6,and 8 h at each test temperature in separate ovens. A germination test was conducted after all seeds cooled. Results showed that the dry- heat treatments under 60℃ had no significant effect on the germination percentage and germination index of sorghum seeds. By contrast,their germination rate and germination potential decreased with the temperature over 70 ℃; this inhibitory effect of the high temperature was enhanced by extending the treatment time. The germination and vigor index of sorghum seeds initially rose with increasing temperature,but then declined with it. Therefore,60 ℃ is a safe drying temperature. Overall,dry- heat treatment at 40- 50 ℃ for a certain length of time can effective improve the germination potential and vigor index of sorghum seeds.
