摘要 住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要部分。骨科学疾病种类繁多,各亚专业均与解剖学、生物力学等关系极为密切,且对空间思维能力要求较高,传统的教学方法难以收到良好的教学效果。3D打印结合PBL在骨科住院医师规范化培训中有着广泛的应用前景,不仅弥补了PBL教学的一些不足,而且可有效提高住院医师专业学习的积极性,激发其探索能力,缩短了学习曲线,为培养出更多高素质的骨科住院医师奠定了坚实的基础。 Resident standardized training is an important part of post-graduation education for medical students. Orthopedics involves many kinds of diseases and the sub-groups of orthopedics have close relation with anatomy and biomechanics. Besides, it has high requirements for spacial thinking ability. However, it is difficult for the traditional teaching method to achieve good teaching results. There is a broad prospect of application for orthopedic resident standardized training combined with 3D printing and problem-based learning (PBL) , which can offset some inadequacies of PBL, arouse the residents' enthusiasms about learning professional knowledge, shorten the learning curve, and lay a solid foundation for producing more high-quality orthopedic residents.
