摘要
临床教学是医学教学中的重要环节。为了避免"走马观花"式的临床见习,将原来以"教师主动讲授,学生被动接收"的传统教育模式逐渐转变为"以问题为基础,学生主动学习"的PBL模式。经采用该模式反复实践并不断完善,发现该模式对激发学生学习兴趣、密切理论知识与临床实践、促进知识的掌握和运用以及临床思维的形成具有积极作用。
Clinical instruction is an important part of medical teaching. In order to avoid cursory type of clinical probation, we need to turn the traditional mode in which teachers teach while students passively receive into the PBL model of problem-based and student active learning. In our practice for 7 - year students of ophthalmological clinical teaching, we introduced the PBL model and practiced repeatedly in the past several years. We found that the new model is superior to the traditional model in that it can play a positive role in stimulating students' interest in learning, connecting theoretical knowledge with clinical practice closely, and promoting students' mastery and application of knowledge and clinical practice as well as formation of clinical thinking.
