摘要 学科教学知识是教师在教学过程中实际应用的知识,主要由学科专业知识和教学知识融合而来,具有建构性、动态性和整合性等特点,可通过教师个体的自我构建和外部环境两种途径来形成。文章介绍了学科教学知识的概念、在生物化学教学中的意义及其构建方法。 Pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) is the knowledge teachers apply in teaching. It is composed of knowledge of a particular subject and knowledge of teaching with the traits of construction, dynamism and integration. PCK is mainly derived from the teachers self-construction and from external environment. This article introduces the concept of PCK, its significance in biochemistry teaching, and ways to construct PCK.
