超声成像在声带息肉诊断中的应用价值

Value of Ultrasound Imaging in Diagnosis of Vocal Cord Polyp

目的探讨超声成像在声带息肉诊断中的应用价值。方法对100例临床初诊声带息肉患者行超声成像检查,并与病理结果进行对比。结果 100例患者病理诊断为声带息肉91例。超声成像检查阳性为88例、阴性12例,其中假阳性6例、假阴性9例,超声成像诊断准确率为85.0%,漏诊率为9.9%,灵敏度为90.1%,特异度为33.3%。声带息肉超声成像表现为声门区声带的前1/3~2/3处可探及细小、并且呈类圆形、中等偏高回声团块,发＂e＂音时可见声带关闭不全现象。结论超声成像用于声带息肉的诊断有较高的准确率,可以作为临床术前诊断声带病变的一种无创的影像学检查方法。

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of vocal cord polyp.Methods One hundred patients who were tentatively diagnosed as having vocal cord polyp underwent ultrasonic imaging,and the imaging results were compared with pathological results.Results Among the 100 patients,vocal cord polyp was pathologically confirmed in 91.Ultrasonic imaging showed positive results in 88 patients and negative results in 12 patients,including false positive results in 6patients and false negative results in 9patients.The coincidence rate,miss rate,sensitivity and specificity were 85.0%,9.9%,90.1% and 33.3% for diagnosing vocal cord polyp,respectively.Ultrasound imaging showed small,round and slightly hyperechoic masses at the 1/3-2/3of vocal cord and incomplete closure of vocal cord when pronouncing ＂e＂.Conclusion Ultrasound imaging has high accuracy for the diagnosis of vocal cord polyp and provides a noninvasive examination for clinical preoperative diagnosis of vocal cord lesions.
