乳腺癌干细胞的研究进展

摘要 乳腺癌干细胞是具有自我更新、分化的能力以及很强的体内成瘤能力等特性的一类细胞。越来越多的证据表明,乳腺癌干细胞在乳腺癌生长、复发、转移的过程中发挥重要作用。本文就近年有关乳腺癌干细胞的研究进展进行综述。 Breast cancer stem cells(BCSC)are a population of differentiated cells with self-renewal,differentiation and tumorigenic abilities.More and more evidence shows that BCSC play an important role in the growth,recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer.This paper reviews the recent advances in BCSC.
