摘要 本文阐述了复合材料气瓶充放气过程的热力学基础,利用系统仿真软件AMESim,构建了基于实际物理过程的复合材料气瓶充放气仿真模型,并对充放气过程中的内、外侧换热及瓶壁间导热进行了数值模拟,分析了复合材料气瓶充放气过程中的压力、温度特性。通过与复合材料气瓶充放气试验数据的对比分析,验证了本文所提出的实际充放气仿真模型的有效性,并且对于不同介质、不同充放气工况具有良好的适用性。 The thermodynamic basis of charging and discharging process of composite cylinders was described. Based on the system simulation software AMESim,the convective and conduction heat transfer models of the inner wall and the outer wall during the charge and discharge process of composite cylinder were constructed. Based on the models,the pressure and temperature characteristics were studied numerically. By comparing the results of the simulation and the experimental data of charge and discharge of composite cylinder,the models' effectiveness was validated. Results indicate that the models can adapt to different media and charge or discharge modes.
