国际肠抑胃素和肠促胰素研究的先驱:北平协和医学院林可胜教授 被引量：2

摘要 近年来,糖尿病的治疗药物不断丰富,尤其是二肽基肤酶4（dipeptidylpeptidase4,DPP-4）抑制剂和姨高血糖素样肽-1（glucagon-likepeptide-1,GLP-1）的临床应用为糖尿病患者找到了新的治疗手段,也使肠促胰素（incretin）成为研究热点.肠促胰素主要有葡萄糖依赖性姨岛素释放肤（glucose-dependentinsulinotropicpeptide,GIP）和GLP-1,其历史常追溯至1932年LaBarre教授的贡献[1-2].GIP又称肠抑胃多肽,
