随着全面建成小康社会进程的加快,惠及民生的各项政策项目越来越多,民生项目监督的责任也越来越大。地处乌蒙山连片贫困区腹地的毕节试验区,贫困人口还很多,贫困面还很广,贫困程度还很深,脱贫攻坚的任务还很艰巨;民生项目领域多,任务重。民生项目监督是一项重要的反腐活动,更是一项重要的政治任务。

There has been more and more policies concerning the livelihood of the people hence increasing supervision responsibilities. Bijie Experimental Zone, located in the poor areas in the Wumengshan Mountain area, is with deep poverty, significant task of poverty alleviation and enormous project in the relevant field. The supervision on such project is not only an important anti-corruption activity but also an important political task.
