The Wire Cutting Programming and Machining of Up and Down Bnormities Parts Based on Auto CUT System

上下异形件侧面的加工属于直纹面加工,利用四轴联动的中走丝线切割机床进行异形件加工方便快捷。基于此,介绍利用Auto CUT系统、DK7740系列四轴联动的中走丝线切割机床如何进行异形件加工。通过五角星和圆形复合的加工实例总结编程中的注意事项,最后给出机床参数合理值。

The machining of the side surface in up and down bnormities parts belongs to the machining of the ruled surface. The use for machining the up and down bnormities parts of four axis linkage in the processing in MS-WE DM is convenient and quick. Based on this, this paper described the application for machining the up and down abnormi-ties parts based on the Auto CUT system, DK7740 series of four axis linkage in the MS-WE DM. The notices in pro-gramming of an example compounding of the five-pointed star and the round were summarized. Finally, the reason - able value of the machine parameters was given.
