摘要
针对气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备所用变径筒体焊接结构,选用ER4043焊丝,使用氩气作为保护气体,选择合适的焊接工艺参数,配合专用铆装工装,对ZL101A铸铝硅合金变径筒体和6063-T6铝合金挤压管进行焊接。按JB/T 4730《承压设备无损检测》的要求对获得的焊接接头进行射线检测和超声检测,并使用三维划线机对筒体尺寸进行检测,合格后对产品进行水压试验和气密性试验,保证一次焊接完成的筒体满足产品使用性能要求。
In this paper, according to the welding structure of variable diameter cylinder used in Gas Insulated Switchgear （GIS）, we select ER4043 welding wire, use argon gas as protective gas, select appropriate welding parame-ters, cooperate with special riveting equipment, ZL101A cast aluminum alloy cylinder and 6063-T6 aluminum alloy extruded tube for welding. According to JB / T 4730 ＂Nondestructive testing of pressure equipment＂ requirements of the welded joints for radiation detection and ultrasonic testing, and using three-dimensional marking machine to de-tect the cylinder size, water pressure test and air tightnes inder meets the performance requirements of the product.
