摘要
焊接技术广泛用于现代装备制造,焊缝表面形貌质量是保障焊接结构部件加工质量和安全性能的重要指标。针对焊接机器人的在线检测技术需求,本文提出一种可用于微细焊缝面形质量的精密线结构光传感器设计方法,所设计的传感器具有结构紧凑的特点,测量范围是±20mm,分辨率是0.05mm。
Welding technique is essential for modem equipment manufacturing industry, and the surface profile quali-ty of welds is the key indicator to guarantee the manufacturing quality and working performance of the welded compo-nents. Aiming to the on-line detection of welding robots, this paper proposed a method to design a line structure- light sensor, which would be used by a welding robot to online measure the surface quality of small welds. The de- signed line structure-light sensor has the characteristics of compact structure, and it is with a ± 20mm measurement range and a 0.05mm measurement resolution.
