摘要
介绍了一种基于AVR单片机的步进电机控制系统,快速实现步进电机的加速-匀速-减速-定位的运行控制,在实现精确定位运行的情况下还可以实现运行时间的控制,详细分析了其实现原理,并对定位误差进行了实际测量,改变了传统的开环位置控制方法,提升了定位控制精度。
A stepper motor control system based on AVR microcontrollers was introduced,which can realize the control of acceleration,deceleration and deceleration of the stepper motor. It can also realize the control of the running time when the precise positioning operation was realized. The position measurement error was measured and the traditional open-loop position control method was changed to improve the position control precision.
