摘要
针对交流永磁同步电机在变频驱动下切换到工频时会产生很大的冲击电流,应用一种全数字化单同步坐标系软件锁相环(SSRF-SPLL)方法,采用电力电子开关器件代替交流接触器实现电机向电网小冲击电流的同步切换。该锁相方法能够很好地跟踪电网的频率、相位和幅值,电力电子开关器件可以大大缩短切换延迟时间。从仿真和实验角度检验了方案的可行性和准确性,其实验切换电压平稳,切换电流在其额定电流的1.5倍以下。
Because,there will be have big impact of current during the synchronous transforming betweeninverter power and power supply in the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM). So applyed an all-digitalsingle synchronous reference frame software phase locked loop(SSRF-SPLL)method and used power electronicswitching devices instead of AC contactor switching to it. The phase-locked method could be a good track forfrequency,phase and amplitude of grid,and the power electronic devices could greatly reduce the handover latency.From the perspective of simulation and experiment,the feasibility and accuracy of the program are tested,theexperimental switching voltage is smooth,and the switching current is less than 1.5 times its rated current.
