Since the reform and opening up,the understanding about the relationship between the fairness and efficiency in China has experienced a series of complexity as to the evolution process, which indicates the integrity of Marxism development is jointly promoted by the leaders and scholars. In the process of evolution of the fairness and efficiency theory,some firm Marx scholars have played a great role in learning the central spirit and promoting the theory development. The interaction relationships between the leaders and Marx scholars is interactive and complementary, and they jointly advances the constant development of the socialist theory and practice with Chinese characteristics.
