区域经济增长与技术创新内生性研究——基于2003-2014年中国省域面板数据分析

Research on the Endogenous Growth of Regional Economy and Technological Innovation——Based on the Analysis of Chinese Provincial Panel Data from 2003 to 2014

基于内生增长理论,选取2003—2014年中国30个省域的面板数据,构建联立方程组模型,实证分析区域经济增长与技术创新之间的内生关系。研究发现,技术创新对经济增长作用存在倒U型关系,区域经济增长对技术创新水平的影响存在倒J型关系。研发投入、市场化程度、第二产业占比、人力资本程度在促进技术创新水平上有重要的作用。市场化指数对技术创新有显著的促进作用,人力资本对技术创新存在着门槛效应,具有知识溢出效应,且对技术创新的影响力沿着东—中—西部依次递减,西部研发投入对技术创新的增加效果最为明显,弹性系数大于中东部。

Based on the endogenous growth theory, this paper empirically analyzes the endogenous relationship between regional economic growth and technological innovation by selecting China＇s 30 provincial panel data from 2003 to 2014 and constructing a simultaneous equations model. The research indicates that the impacts of technological innovation on economic growth presents an inverted U type relationship,however,the impacts of the latter on the former level is an inverted J type relationship. Also the research and development（RD）investment,the degree of marketization,the proportion of the second industry and the level of human capital play an important role in promoting the technological innovation. Among them, the marketization index has a significant function in terms of enhancing technological innovation, then the human capital,with knowledge spillover effect,exists a threshold impact on the technological innovation. What＇s more,the influence on technological innovation along the East, Middle and West decreases in sequence, and the increasing of technological innovation is most obvious with RD investment in the West and the elastic coefficient is greater than that in the East and the Middle.
