中华小长臂虾(Palaemonetes sinensis)体质量与形态指标的相关分析

Correlation Analysis between Body Weight and Morphometric Traits of Palaemonetes sinensis

为探讨中华小长臂虾(Palaemonetes sinensis)的形态性状与体质量的相关关系,对采自辽宁和山东的580尾虾的全长、体长、头胸甲长等13个形态学指标进行测量,借助相关分析、逐步线性回归、通径分析等方法分析中华小长臂虾形态性状与体质量的关系。结果表明:中华小长臂虾的13个形态学性状与体质量的相关系数均达到极显著水平(p<0.01),通过计算各保留性状与体质量的通径系数和决定系数,量化各性状对体质量的影响效果,结果显示:体长(X_2)与体质量(Y)相关系数、决定系数均最大,是影响体质量的最主要性状;所选性状与体质量的复相关系数为0.907,表明所保留性状确实为影响体质量的关键性状。采用逐步线性回归法建立多元线性回归方程为Y=-0.526+0.014X^(2+)0.045X_4+0.036X_5+0.034X_(12),其中X_2、X_4、X_5、X_(12)分别为体长、头胸甲宽、头胸甲高和眼窝距。本研究结果还表明,体长、头胸甲宽、头胸甲高和眼窝距是影响中华小长臂虾体质量的主要性状,可用于今后中华小长臂虾良种选育工作中体质量的估测。

To analyze the effects of morphometric traits on body weight of Chinese grass shrimp （Pa/oemonetes sinensis）, 580 individuals were randomly collected from five locations in Liaoning and Shandong provinces. Thirteen morphometric characters, including total length, body length, carapace length, etc. and body weight were measured. The relationship between morphometric characters and body weight were explored by stepwise linear regression, correlation analysis, path analysis and determination analysis. The results show that the correlation coefficients between all morphometric traits and the weight achieved significant difference levels （p 〈0.01）. Moreover, the influence of retaining traits to body weight was quantified by path coefficient and determination coefficient. Path analysis revealed that all selected traits exhibited a slight direct effect and significant indirect effect on body weight. The complex correlation coefficient between retention traits and body weight was 0.907, indicated that the main variables have been selected. Based on the path analysis, maximum direct effect on the body weight of Chinese grass shrimp was contributed by body length, X2 . The multiple regression equation was established as Y=-0.526＋0.014X2＋0.045X4＋0.036X5＋0.034Xi2 . And the X2 , X 4, X5, X 12 are body length, carapace width, carapace height and eye width, respectively. This study showed that the body length, carapace width, carapace height and eye width is the main factors affecting the quality of the same body, and this study shall provide a theoretical method to measure Chinese grass shrimp for breeding and aquaculture purposes.
