摘要 采用低成本的成分设计思路,在低C、适量Mn的基础上添加微量Nb合金元素,采取连铸坯成材方式和TMCP轧制工艺生产390 MPa级工程机械用钢板。同时通过4种试验研究TMCP工艺对390 MPa级低碳贝氏体钢组织和性能的影响,成功开发出最大厚度到80 mm的钢板,其强韧性匹配良好,-40℃冲击功维持在200 J左右,成功替代了现行的正火工艺,降低了生产成本,满足了市场上对TMCP型大厚度低合金钢板的需求。 By following the concept of low cost composition design and adding little Nb element on the basis of low carbon and appropriate Mn content,390 MPa grade steel plate for construction machinery rolled from continuously cast slab with TMCP technique are produced. Simultaneously four types of tests are implemented to study the effect of TMCP technique on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 390 MPa grade low carbon bainite steel,steel plate up to 80 mm thickness has been successfully developed with good matching between strength and toughness,- 40 ℃impact energy value maintained at apprx. 200 J,which replaces the current normalizing process,reduces production cost and satisfies the demand of market on TMCP type large thickness low alloy steel plate.
