摘要
针对大厚度低碳贝氏体高强船用NVE420钢生产性能不稳定的情况,对微合金成分进行了调整。在实验室通过不同热处理工艺研究,对钢板的组织和性能进行了综合对比分析,最终确定普通淬火+亚温淬火+回火的工艺思路。经过生产实践,钢板的综合性能良好,完全达到预期目标。
For the case of unstable mechanical properties for large thickness low carbon high strength bainite hull steel NVE420,the micro- alloying element composition of the steel is trimmed. On the basis of the study on various heat treatment processes in laboratory,a general comparison analysis is performed on the microstructure and mechanical properties,thus an optimum process concept of custom quenching intercritical hardening tempering is established. Good comprehensive properties of steel plate are maintained,fulfilling the anticipated production target.
