多路热动力试验台测控系统的设计与研制

摘要 多路热动力试验台所需控制的各参数存在时变性、非线性、强耦合等问题,设计了一种基于专家系统的热动力试验台测控系统。测控系统采用了分布式控制系统,分析了测控系统的硬件和软件结构,引入专家系统的控制方法,建立知识库和推理机,模拟专家经验利用知识进行推理,从压力稳态控制和温度梯度控制2个实验,分析了专家控制方法。试验结果证明:基于专家控制的测控系统能保证精度控制要求,目前该测控系统已通过专家验收并投入运行。 There is a problem that the various parameters controlled by multi-channel aero-thermodynamics test unit appear to be time-varying, nonlinear and strong coupling, so we designed a measurement and control system based on expert system. The hardware and software structure of the distributed control system is analyzed, and the expert system control method is used in this system, the knowledge base and reasoning machine is established, in order to simulate the procedure in which experts use knowledge on to solve the problem. The control method is assessed from three experiments including the pressure steady state control and temperature gradient control. According to the results of the experiments, the measurement and control system based on expert system can meet the requirement of the control precision, and the system has passed the check of the experts and been in operation.
