摘要 售电侧放开背景下,售电市场将呈现出多元售电主体同时存在的局面,电网企业和新增独立售电商在同一市场竞争环境下面临新机遇和新挑战,优质电力增值服务将成为重要的竞争焦点。基于SWOT分析法,分析售电主体多元化后电网企业在售电市场的竞争优势和面临的挑战,研究电网企业开展优质电力增值服务的竞争策略,明确优质电力增值服务市场机会、组织形式和业务流程,并提出售电侧放开背景下电网企业优质电力增值服务典型运营模式,最后针对传统电网企业提出几点增强市场竞争力的建议。 In the background of the electricity retail side opened,the electricity market will present the situation of multi-electricity sellers,and power grid companies will gain new opportunities and face new challenges. Under such condition,premium power value-added services will become the main concern.Firstly,with the presentation of multi electricity sellers,the competitive advantages and challenges faced by power grid companies were analyzed in this paper. Secondly,based on the analysis of competitive strategies of electricity retail companies,the premium power value-added services possibly provided by electricity retail companies were proposed. And then,considering premium power value-added services' organization forms and business processes,the operation modes of power grid companies in the background of electricity retail side opened were analyzed. Finally,some suggestions were given in order to deal with the impacts of electricity retail side opened on power grid companies and improve the core competitiveness.
