海南“大机小网”孤网运行方式下频率特性研究 被引量:7

摘要 以海南电网以及昌江核电站为例,首先计算频率特性K值;然后,在孤网运行时,不同负荷水平下,分析损失核电机组对孤网频率的影响,并提出核电机组损失的频率控制措施。计算结果表明:同一负荷水平下损失不同出力的核电机组,对应的频率特性K值基本为一恒定值;不同负荷水平下,K值与负荷水平呈正比关系。因此,为避免孤网状态下损失核电机组所需切负荷量构成电力安全事故,可在事故前限制核电机组出力,并建议海南电网孤网运行时仅投入1台核电机组。 Aiming at Hainan power grid and Changjiang nuclear power plant,the parameter K of frequency characteristics was calculated. Under isolated grid operation with different load levels,the influences of losing one or two nuclear generators for frequency was analyzed,and frequency control scheme for losing one or two nuclear generators was presented. Calculation results show that under the same load level,losing different outputting nuclear generators,the corresponding value K is basically constant,while under different load levels,the value K is proportional to load levels. Thus,in order to avoid safety accidents while losing nuclear generators under isolated grid operation,the generator outputting could be limited before the accident. And under isolated grid operation,running only one nuclear power plant is suggested in Hainan power grid.
