军民融合远程医疗物联网的构建

The Construction of the Military and Civilian Telemedicine Internet of Things

研究了当前我军远程医疗的物联网业务需求,以及国内外物联网信息化建设的进展和所采用的军民融合远程医疗物联网信息化模型,提出应用于远程医疗中的物联网支撑技术。基于传统的物联网基本架构提出运用军事网络与民用网络相结合的设计模式,并指出各层中所面临的问题与挑战。最后给出当前国家03重大专项课题研究中关于异构网络协同控制研究成果,可把此成果应用于军队卫勤信息化建设中,促进卫勤物联网系统建设日益完善,功能不断提高,保障力日益提升。

This paper studies the current business needs of information technology for our military medical service and introduces the progress of medical service as well as the in-formation model used in civil-military integrated telemedicine system. The supporting technology based on internet of things which applied to telemedicine is proposed. Founded on the basic structure of internet of things, we presented network design patterns combined by military and civilian networks, and pointed out problems and challenges encountered by each layer. Finally, we presented the current state of research in National Science and Technology Major Project No.03 about cooperative control of the heterogeneous networks. We can apply it to the construction of the military health service to improve the functions and ability of military informatization.
