摘要
为了探索微波等离子推力器谐振腔内电介质隔板对腔内电磁场及谐振频率的影响规律 ,用时域有限差分法 (FDTD)和离散Fourier变换 (DFT)法 ,对内有隔板、谐振模式为TM0 11模的谐振腔电磁场及谐振频率进行了数值分析。计算结果表明 ,隔板的存在不但使腔内轴向电场强度减小 ,而且使腔的谐振频率向低频方向偏移。隔板厚度愈厚 ,引起的轴向电场强度的减小和频偏愈大。这些结论为谐振腔隔板的设计、选材 。
In order to investigate the influence of the clapboard on electromagnetic field and resonant frequency, the numerical simulation of electromagnetic field and resonant frequency within the resonant cavity was discussed by use of FDTD and DFT Results show that the clapboard not only makes the magnitude of axis electrical field lower but also makes the resonant frequency lower, the more the thickness and ε re of clapboard, the more the affection of electromagnetic field and the excursion of frequency These results can be used for design of the clapboard and adjusting the resonant frequency within the resonant cavity
