摘要 目的:探讨3D打印截骨定位导向板在全膝关节置换术中临床应用疗效及精准性。方法:选择1例双膝骨性关节炎的患者,进行骨盆到踝关节最低点的双螺旋CT扫描,利用计算机软件重建患者骨骼模型,分析并计算截骨角度及截骨方向,从而设计截骨定位导航模板,制定手术方案及术前模拟手术操作。术中按照预先通过数字骨科技术设计的截骨角度进行截骨,置入假体,术后复查双下肢全长片。结果:术中与术前模拟手术操作完全一致,通过数字骨科技术设计的截骨定位导航模板截骨,减少了周围软组织损伤,手术顺利,无并发症,患者双下肢力线正常,术后恢复好。结论:3D打印技术能够使骨科医生在术前直观地了解膝关节的情况,精确指导制定手术方案,模拟手术操作,提高了手术的精准性。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and accuracy of 3D printing osteotomy positioning guide plate in total knee arthroplasty. Methods:1 case of patients with knee osteoarthritis, the double helix CT scan of the pelvis to ankle low, using computer software to reconstruct the patients with skeletal model, Analysis and calculation of the angle and direction of osteotomy, design a navigation template, surgical planning and preoperative simulated operation.Intraoperative according to advance through the digital orthopedic technology design of the bone cutting Angle, implant prosthesis, postoperative lower limbs length X-ray. Results: Intraoperative and preoperative simulation of surgical operations are completely consistent, through digital orthopedic technology design of osteotomy navigation template osteotomy and reduce the injury of soft tissue around, smooth operation, no complications, patients with lower extremity force line normal, postoperative recovered well. Conclusion: 3D printing technology can make the doctor in the Department of orthopedics intuitive understanding of the knee joint before the operation, accurate guidance for the development of surgical procedures, simulation of the operation; improve the accuracy of the operation.
