应用3D打印截骨导航模板进行胫骨截骨矫形的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探索数字3D打印截骨导航模板在骨科截骨矫形治疗的临床意义。方法:选择1名胫骨畸形愈合的患者,通过提取该患者CT平扫所得的DICOM格式数据,利用计算机辅助处理软件(Mimics 15.0和Unigraphics NX 9.0)进行图像处理、阈值分析等操作,建立与患者胫骨畸形愈合处三维互补的胫骨截骨导航模板的数字模型,并借助于3D打印机打印出实物模型,术中按照预先设计的截骨通道进行胫骨截骨矫形治疗。结果:3D打印截骨导航模板治疗胫骨畸形,术中操作简单,术后随访6月显示胫骨畸形矫正效果良好,患肢短缩得以纠正。结论:借助于3D打印技术所制成的截骨导航模板,为骨科截骨矫形的治疗提供了一种新的思路和方法,增加了截骨的精确性和安全性,未来应用前景广阔。 Objective: To explore the importance of the 3D printing technology for orthopedic surgery. Methods: To choose 1 patient of orthopedic tibia, through computer aid design software (Mimics 15.0 and Unigraphics NX 9.0 ) computered and analysis related the DICOM data obtained by CT, then built digital model about orthopedic tibia and guide template for orthopedic surgery according to the deformed tibia in three-dimensional space by he 3D printing technology, at last, In intra-operative, as preconceived design, finished orthopedic surgery. Results: Guide template for orthopedic surgery by the 3D printing technology treated deformed healing of tibia, the operative operation was simple, and six months followed up after surgery about the tibia deformed correction effect was good, limb shortening had been rectified. Conclusion: Guide template for orthopedic surgery by the 3D printing technology, provide a kind of new thought and method in the treatment of deformed healing of bone, have more safe and more exact, it will be put into use widely in the future.
