摘要
目的:优化手术病人转运业务流程,提高护理质量。方法:设置关键业务节点,以手术申请为依托,构建手术病人转运闭环管理信息系统。结果:实现规范化、标准化、系统化的三大信息化手术病人转运流程,使医疗信息高度共享,实现全流程闭环管理。结论:促进护理质量管理模式由事后监督向事前预防的转变,降低病人的医疗风险,提升护理质量,提高了病人满意度。
Objective To optimize the operation process and improve the quality of nursing. Methods: To set up the key business nodes, and to build the closed loop management information system of the operation patients. Results: To achieve standardization, standardization, systematization of the three major information operation patient transfer process, so that medical information is highly shared, to achieve closed-loop management of the whole process. Conclusion: The promotion of nursing quality management mode from the expost supervision to prevent the change, reduce the patient's medical risk, improve the quality of care, improve the patient's satisfaction.
