中医临床知识库的构建技术研究

Research on the Construction Technology of the Clinical Knowledge Base of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医临床知识库系统旨在全面整合名医经验、临床指南、中医医案、术语系统、中医文献和方剂知识等多种知识资源,实现中医临床知识的共建和共享,促进中医临床研究,辅助中医临床决策。对整个中医临床知识体系进行分类认识,为进一步知识开发与应用奠定基础;建立中医临床知识的数据标准,规范化表达中医临床知识,使用关联数据技术,促进中医临床知识互融互通;制定中医临床知识分类标准、中医临床知识数据标准;构建中医临床知识库,实现客户端及嵌入式电子病历的决策支持应用服务。该知识库的内容已初具规模,成功部署并稳定运行,为广大中医药工作者提供及时、准确的知识服务。

The clinical knowledge base system of Traditional Chinese Medicine is designed to fully integrate various knowledge resources, such as experience of famous doctors, clinical guidelines, medical records of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the term system, literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine knowledge and prescription knowledge, realize the construction and sharing of clinical knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, promote the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine, and assist with the clinical decision of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This study classifies the whole clinical knowledge system of Traditional Chinese Medicine, lays a foundation for the further development and application of knowledge; establishes data standards of clinical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, expresses the clinical knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine in a standard way, uses the correlation data technology to promote the combination of clinical knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine; develops the classification standards of clinical knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and clinical knowledge data standards of Traditional Chinese Medicine; constructs the clinical knowledge base of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and realizes the decision support application service of clients and embedded electronic medical records. The content of the knowledge base has begun to take shape. After the successful deployment and stable operation, it provides timely and accurate knowledge services to the people engaged in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
