摘要
目的探讨自制验证工具与放射治疗图像引导系统配合使用,对直线加速器部分质控项目进行检测的可行性。方法根据不同检测项目放置验证板,保证束流中心轴垂直于验证板面,采用不同曝光技术及图像采集模式拍摄加速器质控验证片。结果图像中心十字与束流中心轴和基准图像中心的一致性均<2 mm。结论该方法在直线加速器质控项目检测中操作简单,结果准确,节省资金。
Objective To discuss the possibility of periodical inspection for partial quality control of linear accelerator by combining homemade verification tool and the image guided radiation therapy system. Methods Putting verification plate according to different purposes under conditions that beam central axis was perpendicular to verification plate. Different exposure technique and image acquisition mode were used to capture images of the quality control verification of accelerator. Results The difference between the cross image center and beam axis or reference image center is no more than 2 mm. Conclusion The method is accurate, economical and practical, and also easy to operate in the application of quality control project inspection of the linear accelerator.
