大数据:生态文明建设信息资源的“去孤岛化”

目前,生态文明建设信息资源基础设施和系统建设分散,"数据烟囱"和"信息孤岛"现象严重,难以适应和满足新时期生态文明建设工作需求。而大数据为生态文明建设提供了小数据难以比拟的优势,其丰富的数据来源使得信息边界变得模糊,数据搜集的多样化、便利化、智能化帮助信息集成更加有序,数据共享平台的利用,为优化信息空间,促进政府部门流程再造创造了条件。当然,大数据对生态文明建设所产生的作用机理只是一种应然状态,还需要内外条件的共同作用才能实现。因此,树立信息共享意识、建立大数据统一开放平台、建全生态文明建设大数据库、完善信息公开与共享机制就显得至关重要。

And then,the utilization of data sharing platforms produces possibilities of optimizing information space and further reengineering government process. Certainly,the mechanism of big data to the ecological civilization construction can not be achieved until the common effect of internal and external conditions. Consequently,it is essential to erect information sharing consciousness,establish a unified,open big data platform,promote the ecological civilization construction large database and perfect the information disclosure and sharing mechanism.
