中韩自贸协定下山东半岛城市群分工协作研究

Research on Labor Division and Cooperation Among Shandong Peninsula Cities Under China-South Korea FTA

在"一带一路"战略构想的大背景下,中韩自由贸易协定的签署对东亚乃至世界经济的繁荣、区域经济一体化格局的重塑具有重要影响和里程碑意义,也为与韩国隔海相望的山东半岛的经济发展提供了前所未有的机遇和挑战。在经济"新常态"下,应当抓住中韩自由贸易协定签署的战略性机遇,实现山东半岛城市群产业发展的合理分工、优势互补和协调互动,将山东半岛蓝色经济区建设与中韩自由贸易协定、国家"一带一路"发展战略有机结合,相互融通,借势国家发展战略,实现半岛城市群经济转型、提质增效和可持续发展。

Under the great context of the strategic blueprint of'The Belt and Road'( B&R),the signing of the 'China-South Korea Free Trade Agreement'( known as FTA) has a significant and meaningful impact on the Asia and even the world economic prosperity and regional economic integration,offering a great deal of unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the economic development of Shandong Peninsula which is only about 600 kilometers away from South Korea to the west. Under the current 'China's New Normal ' circumstances,Shandong Peninsula cities should grab the great strategic opportunities brought about by the agreement to realize the rational division among the cities through complementarities and to achieve further economic development through collaborations. Also,the development of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone should be closely,strongly and organically combined with the agreement and the country's 'The Belt and Road'strategy thus to accomplish the economic transition,to improve the quality and efficiency of economic development and to implement the sustainable development of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration.
