教育国际化的理解与实践——对北京市普通高中校长的调查研究

摘要 通过自编问卷调查了北京市高中校长对教育国际化的理解与实践。调查数据来自322位北京市普通高中校长。调查结果表明:第一,大多数校长都认识到教育国际化的重要性,对教育国际化内涵的理解也比较好。城区校长较之农村校长对教育国际化内涵的理解更准确、到位。第二,校长对学校教育国际化发展的工作实践在应然层面和实然层面存在明显的差距,且"重输入、轻输出"。第三,校长大都开始在教育国际化方面有所尝试与发展,但发展水平未能达到他们的期望,且存在较为明显的城乡差异和学校级别差异。最后,学校在教育国际化方面的发展受到内外因素的制约。 The study investigates Beijing high school principals' understanding and practice of Education internationalization through a self-developed questionnaire survey. The survey involves 322 high school principals in Beijing. There are four main findings. First, most of the principals attach great importance to the internationlization of education and have a sound understanding of its connotation. However, city school principals are relatively better than country school leaders in term of their perceptions of the connotation of education internationlization. Second, there is a clear gap between the practice the principals think their schools should do and the practice their schools actually do. At the same time,"import" is always given more emphasis than "export". Third, the majority of the principals begin to make efforts or have certain achievements in promoting their schools' development of education internationalization. But the development level is far away from their expectations and there are a disparity between city schools and country schools and some differences among the schools of different levels. Finally, certain internal and external factors have impact on high schools' development of education internationalization.
