摘要 审视与测评学校教育效能是解决学校发展问题的关键性因素。经历挂牌之后的学校虽然师生层次、教师专业化水平得以提升,学校的管理方式相较以往有所优化,但是仍需关注落实学生主体性发展,唤醒教师的专业自觉,寻求适宜对象性特征的学校发展策略,使学校教育效能水平得到整体提升,在挂牌风潮下实现自主、自为的发展。 Examining and evaluating schools' education effectiveness is the key to solve the problems of school development. After the change of brand names of some schools, levels of teachers and students, and teachers' professional levels can be improved, and schools' management style can be optimized compared to the past. But we still need to pay attention to the implementation of students ' subjectivity development to wake teachers' professional consciousness and seek appropriate school development strategies that meet the features of the students, so as to realize the overall improvement of schools' education effectiveness and schools' independent and autonomous development.
