摘要
目的:探讨血清中白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)水平在支气管哮喘不同控制水平患者中的变化及其临床意义。方法:选择2014年1月—2015年12月于山东省交通医院呼吸内科诊治的90例哮喘患者(哮喘组)进行研究。根据哮喘控制水平分级,将哮喘组患者分为未控制组、部分控制组及控制组3个亚组,每组各30例。另选30例健康对象作为健康组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测各组受试者血清中IL-18、IL-33水平,并测定哮喘患者肺通气功能。结果:哮喘组患者血清中IL-18、IL-33水平高于健康组(P<0.05)。哮喘未控制组、部分控制组患者血清中IL-18、IL-33水平均高于控制组(P<0.05);未控制组患者血清中这两项指标高于部分控制组(P<0.05);IL-18与IL-33在控制组与健康组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。哮喘组患者第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV_1%pred)与血清中IL-18水平呈负相关(P<0.05),但与IL-33无显著相关性。在3个哮喘亚组中,患者血清中IL-18和IL-33的表达水平均与FEV_1%pred无显著相关性。结论:哮喘患者血清中IL-18与IL-33水平与其哮喘控制水平相关。
Objective : To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum interleukin-18 (IL -1 8 ) andinterleukin-33 (IL -33) levels in patients with different levels of bronchial asthma control. Methods: A total of 90 cases ofasthma patients treated in the Department of Respiratory Medicine, Shandong Jiao Tong Hospital from January 2014 toDecember 2015 were selected. According to the level of asthma control, the patients were divided into three subgroups: theuncontrolled group, the partly controlled group and the controlled group, with 30 cases in each group. Another 30 cases ofhealthy subjects formed the healthy group. The levels of IL-18 and IL-33 in the serum of each group were detected by ELISA ,and the pulmonary ventilation function was measured in patients with asthma. Results : The levels of IL-18 and IL-33 in theserum of the asthma group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group (P〈C〇. 05). The levels of IL-18 and IL-33in the uncontrolled group and the partly controlled group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group (P 〈0. 05). The two indexes in the uncontrolled group were significantly higher than those in the partly controlled group (P〈C0. 05). There was no statistical difference between IL-18 and IL-33 in the controlled group and the healthy group (P〉0. 05).In the asthma group, FEVi %pred was negatively correlated with the level of IL-18 in the serum (P〈 O . 0 5 ) , but not correlatedwith IL-33. The expression levels of IL-18 and IL-33 in each subgroup of asthma were not correlated with FEVi % pred.Conclusions : The serum levels of IL-18 and IL-33 are correlated with the level of asthma control.
