一种木段自动定心机的设计

摘要 开发设计的木段自动定心机主要用于木段的夹持旋转,为激光扫描获取木段最佳中心做准备。在充分了解国内胶合板生产中杨木单板旋切加工现状的基础上,确定了木段自动定心机构的技术参数,进行了主要部件的结构设计,采用Solid Works完成了三维建模,通过ADAMS和Solid Works/Simulation对木段自动定心机进行了动力学仿真及校核。 The developed and designed automatic wood block centering equipment is mainly used for clamping and rotation of wood block to make preparations for obtaining the optimum wood block center by means of laser scanning.Based on full understanding of the current veneer lathe cutting processing situation in domestic plywood production,the technical parameters of automatic wood block centering equipment are determined,the structure of main components designed,Solid Works used to complete 3D modeling and Dynamic simulation and verification of the automatic wood block centering equipment conducted using DAMS and Solid Works / Simulation.
